Wrexham Storage Limited has tried not to make the terms and conditions complicated or to put bombshells in the small print, in fact it all boils down to a common sense, mutual respect and common courtesy approach. This we use in the same way we run our business and try our very best to accommodate our customers' needs whenever possible. All we ask is keep to the agreement and pay your rent on time as agreed.
With Wrexham Storage Limited there are no fixed terms for length of stay so you can make a decision on a monthly basis. This enables you to leave should circumstances change, without being tied to a lengthy contract or cash penalties.

Wrexham Storage Limited Container/Unit Rental Agreement
Definitions
General Conditions means these general terms and conditions within The Agreement means the letting agreement entered into between Wrexham Storage Limited and the Customer relating to the container they will occupy.
The Deposit means the deposit referred to in the agreement (if required).
Fees and rents means the fee payable for the occupation and use of the storage space as shown in the Agreement.
The Customer means the person(s) or company named in the agreement.
Storage Space means the Container or unit.
1. The Customer agrees to pay the fees monthly in advance, along with a deposit of £20.00 which is fully refundable for a gate key if required, to enable the customer 24hr access (Containers only}
2. Subsequent payments are to be paid on or before the due date by standing order, cash, or bank transfer and in the event of a default (should that arise) please refer to point /paragraph 8
The Customer agrees
3.1 That they the customer has inspected the Container/Unit and confirms that it is in good condition and is FIT FOR PURPOSE.
3.2 To take all reasonable precautions against fire occurring near or in the container/unit.
3.3 Not to do or allow to be done anything which may be or become illegal, a nuisance or cause annoyance to Wrexham Storage Limited or any users of neighbouring containers, storage units or parking spaces.
3.4 To keep the container/unit in good repair and make good any damage caused by or as a result of their own or their agent's act of neglect or default and to keep the storage space clean, neat and tidy.
3.5 Not to sublet or share possession of the Containers/Units.
3.6 Not to use the Container/Unit for the storage of anything which may become a danger to Wrexham Storage Limited or customers including users of neighbouring storage units, containers or vehicles.
3.7 Upon the termination of this agreement, to leave the container/unit empty and in a clean and tidy condition. To return the key and lock (If provided) to the appropriate party.
3.8 To indemnify Wrexham Storage Ltd against any liability whatsoever arising from the Customer's use of the agreed space.
3.9 Not to obstruct any part of the site and not to park vehicles on any part of the site save for the purposes of loading or unloading goods and belongings stored within.
3.10 That no animals, illegal substances or products, explosives, hazardous goods, firearms or ammunition, toxic, or contaminated goods. No foodstuffs or perishable goods will be stored in -Containers/units unless securely packaged and protected from vermin and the customer will indemnify Wrexham Storage Limited for any loss or liability howsoever arising because of a breach of this clause.
3.11 Containers are not guaranteed to remain water and wind tight, and it is up to the customer to check regularly and maintain accordingly.
4. Wrexham Storage Limited may at any time during the term of the Agreement and without giving notice to the Customer:
4.1 Require the customer to take a replacement container or unit of Wrexham Storage Limited choosing.
4.2 Access is at the discretion of the company and opening times may change without notice.
5. This Agreement may be terminated at any time by Wrexham Storage Limited or the customer, by giving notice in writing of two week's or by Wrexham Storage Ltd without notice at any time, following any breaches of General Conditions.
6. Wrexham Storage Limited shall not be liable for the death of or injury to the customer or their agents.
7. Wrexham Storage Limited shall not be liable for damage to any property of the customer nor for any liability whatsoever arising from the customer's use of the container or storage unit nor vehicle or its occupants.
7.1 All vehicles must not exceed the site speed limit (5mph) and be aware of any forklifts etc operating on site.
8. If, following the cessation of the agreement or failure to pay fees, any goods belonging to the customer left in the container/unit, and if the customer fails to pay arrears and remove them within seven days of the cessation date, then Wrexham Storage Limited will give the customer two weeks' notice in writing, or email sent to the last known address of the customer, requiring the customer to remove such goods and if the customer fails to remove it by the expiration date of such notice then.
Wrexham Storage Limited as agent of the customer, remove, sell or otherwise dispose of same, without any liability upon Wrexham Storage Limited to obtain the best, high or a reasonable price for the said property. At all times, the said goods will be at the customer's risk and no liability shall fall on the Wrexham Storage Limited in respect of damage to or of the destruction or disposal of the said goods. The customer shall indemnify Wrexham Storage Limited against any liability incurred to any third party whose property is sold by it in the mistaken belief in good faith (which is to be presumed unless the contrary is proven) that the property belonged to the customer. If having made all reasonable efforts to do so Wrexham storage Limited is unable to locate the customer, and then Wrexham Storage limited may retain the proceeds of the sale.
* Wrexham Storage Ltd does not provide insurance for customers goods.
* Should the customer require insurance the customer needs to make their own provision.
9. Return of Deposit (If taken by Wrexham Storage or their agents).
9.1 Wrexham Storage Limited acknowledges receipt of the deposit (If taken) from the customer and agrees to repay the same to the customer at the end of the agreement after deducting all arrears of- fees and any other monies which may be outstanding, or as a result of any breach by the customer of any of the terms of the General Terms and Conditions or the clauses contained within the agreement.
10. The customer is not entitled to repayment of the deposit or any part of same until after the end of the agreement and no interest shall be due on any deposit held under this agreement.
11. The agreement is not intended to and does not create a tenancy and is personal to the customer and is not assignable.
12. It is agreed by Wrexham storage Limited and the customer that it is not intended to confer any rights on any third parties by virtue of the agreement and accordingly the contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 shall not apply to the agreement unless otherwise specifically indicated in the agreement.
12.1 Every provision of the agreement and these General Terms and Conditions is severable and distinct from the other provisions and if any provision is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the remainder of any such provision and the other provisions shall not be affected and shall remain in full force and effect.
12.2 The agreement and the General Terms and Conditions together constitute the entire agreement between Wrexham Storage Limited and the customer with regard to the subject matter of the agreement, and supersede all prior discussions, agreements and understandings. The parties further agree that no statements or representations made by either party have been relied upon by the other party in entering into this agreement.
13. Customer must provide Photographic ID e.g. driving licence / passport and proof of address and state type of goods to be stored and personal or business.
PO BOX Rental Agreement
Definitions
General conditions means theses general terms and conditions within the agreement means the letting agreement entered into between Wrexham Storage Ltd and the customer relating to the PO BOX / SERVICE they will occupy.
The deposit means the deposit referred to in the agreement.
Fees mean the fee payable for the occupation and use of the PO BOX as shown within the agreement. The customer means the person(s) or company named in the agreement.
1. The customer must provide photographic evidence, e.g. licence / passport, proof of address, telephone number, and wherever possible email address.
2. Should any of the above change we must be notified of the new details without delay.
3. The Customer agrees to pay key deposit of £20.00 which is refundable upon termination or cessation of the PO BOX Use.
4. Fee payable for PO BOX service £30.00 (inclusive of Vat) per calendar month, payable in advance on a month to month basis.
5. Service is intended for letters / letter sized parcels and not to be used for any other purpose.
6. To indemnify Wrexham Storage Ltd against any liability arising from the customers use of the agreed space.
7. Customer not to obstruct any part of the site and not to park vehicles on any part of the site needed to be kept free for loading / unloading.
8. Wrexham Storage shall not be liable for death or injury to the customer.
9. This agreement may be terminated at any time by Wrexham Storage Ltd without notice following any breaches of general conditions.
10. Wrexham Storage Ltd shall not be liable for the damage to any property of the customer nor for any liability arising from the customer’s use of the car park.
11. By agreeing you acknowledge you have read and fully understood the terms and conditions within and that you have received a copy of the same.
